Mount Carmel Wrestling 2004-05 Last school year, we introduced you to Mount Carmel Wrestling with the annual Mt. Carmel/St. Rita dual. This year, look for exclusive bout-to-bout coverage as we present an entire season of the Grapplin' Caravan. We will also bring the annual Chicago Catholic League Championships from Gordon Tech as well as the IHSA Wrestling State Finals.

| Meet Alvin Washington, director of Caravan SportsNet Alvin is entering his eighth season of covering Mount Carmel High School sports. The co-founder of ISNetChicago began his run with the Brown and White back in 1997 with his call of the 1997 meeting between the Caravan and their longtime rivals, St. Rita, in football. Since then, the Chicago native has covered almost every Mt. Carmel/St. Rita football clash, Caravan junior varsity hockey, the Mt. Carmel/St. Rita classic at the 2001 IHSA State Volleyball Sectionals, and, just recently, the Mt. Carmel/St. Rita regular-season season and state sectional wrestling duals. |
